Impuls hemija has got the appropriate premises for production and storage. It owns the complete equipment for production and packing of powder and liquid products (resvoirs for the preparation of products and semi-automatic line for filling and packing of liquid products). Beside this, Impuls hemija owns its own vehicles. For transportation of its products, Impuls Hemija uses ADR vehicles. All its drivers are trained and have passed ADR exam, according to EU standards for transportation of dangerous substances. Imupls hemija employs highly educated, trained and experienced staff, engineers of technology, chemistry and biology. Production process is conducted under supervision of engineers of technology and quality control service. Service for development, thanks to its rich experience, gives full customer support.
Impuls hemija produces more than 5.000 tons of products per year. There are three different categories of its products.
Raw materials For production of washing and disinfection products, Impuls hemija uses quality domestic and imported raw materials which are purchased from the well-known manufacturers (BASF, JLC Chemi, and Clariant). All of them have certificates of quality. Documentation Production is conducted in accordance with the laws and instructions for the production of toxic substances. All the products have complete documentation that follows every delivery of goods (in accordance with the EU guidelines for production, selling and transportation of dangerous substances):
* Other documents are available upon the customer’s request Brand Quality Politics Impuls hemija conducts its work according to standards of quality ISO 9001 and standards of protecting environment and because of that it has certificates ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 which are now incorporated into its management system. This concerns production according to strictly defined procedures and instructions in purchasing and controlling used raw materials, as well as controlling the production process and the final products. Our politics is based on satisfying customers’ requests and expectations, continuous improvement and high and constant quality of products with the preservation of the environment.
